By using the Classic Expeditions Belize Tours website or booking an adventure with Classic Expeditions Belize Tours, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to website visitors, guests making reservations, and participants taking part in our tours and adventure experiences.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our booking services or participate in our tours.

All tour and adventure bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after confirmation is provided by Classic Expeditions Belize Tours.

Minimum participant requirements may apply and vary by tour. Where a minimum number of participants is required, this will be indicated in the tour information or communicated during the booking process.

Tour itineraries, departure times, routes, and activities may be adjusted when necessary due to weather, water levels, safety considerations, accessibility, operational circumstances, or conditions at the tour location.

All prices are listed in USD per person, unless otherwise stated.

Classic Expeditions Belize Tours may require a 50% deposit to confirm a booking, with the final payment due 48 hours before the scheduled adventure date.

Alternative payment arrangements may be made separately with Classic Expeditions Belize Tours, including arrangements for payment to be collected on the day of the adventure.

A reservation may not be considered fully confirmed until any required deposit or payment arrangement has been accepted by Classic Expeditions Belize Tours.

Classic Expeditions Belize Tours maintains a flexible cancellation policy based on the scheduled adventure date.

Guests should contact Classic Expeditions Belize Tours as soon as possible if they need to cancel or modify a reservation. Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method and applicable booking arrangements.

Our adventures vary in physical intensity. Guests are responsible for reviewing the activity level, walking requirements, swimming requirements, age restrictions, and other information provided for their selected tour.

By participating, guests confirm that they are physically capable of taking part in the selected activity.

Guests with medical conditions, physical limitations, recent injuries, or other circumstances that could affect their ability to safely participate should seek appropriate medical advice before booking and inform Classic Expeditions Belize Tours of relevant limitations before the adventure.

Classic Expeditions Belize Tours reserves the right to restrict participation when our guides reasonably determine that participation could create a safety risk for the guest, guide, or other members of the group.

Guests must follow the instructions of Classic Expeditions Belize Tours guides throughout the adventure.

Required safety equipment, including helmets, life jackets, headlamps, or other protective equipment, must be used as instructed.

Guests who disregard safety instructions, behave in a manner that places themselves or others at risk, or arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused participation or removed from an activity.

Where removal or refusal results from a guest's unsafe conduct or failure to follow instructions, a refund may not be provided.

Activities such as cave exploration, hiking, river tubing, kayaking, ATV adventures, swimming, rappelling, ziplining, wildlife excursions, and other outdoor activities involve inherent risks.

By choosing to participate, guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with adventure and outdoor activities and accept responsibility for participating within their abilities.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Photos and videos may occasionally be captured during tours and adventures for promotional and marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or video used by Classic Expeditions Belize Tours, please inform your guide before the adventure begins.

Classic Expeditions Belize Tours operates in environmentally and culturally significant areas throughout Belize. Guests are expected to respect wildlife, waterways, caves, forests, archaeological sites, private properties, protected areas, and local communities.

Guests must not intentionally disturb wildlife or remove, damage, deface, or interfere with natural formations, archaeological artifacts, plants, or protected resources.

Instructions provided by guides, property owners, park authorities, and relevant Belizean authorities must be followed at all times.

Classic Expeditions Belize Tours may modify an itinerary, route, departure time, activity, or tour location when reasonably necessary because of weather, water levels, road conditions, site closures, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where a significant change prevents the originally booked activity from operating, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative or reschedule the adventure in accordance with the applicable cancellation and weather policies.

Some adventures may involve transportation providers, accommodations, parks, private properties, attractions, or other third-party services.

Classic Expeditions Belize Tours is not responsible for delays, closures, service interruptions, or other circumstances caused solely by independent third-party providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Belize. Any dispute relating to these Terms or services provided by Classic Expeditions Belize Tours will be handled in accordance with applicable Belizean law.
